Welcome to Hands & Hearts for Horses
Hands and Hearts for Horses, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is accredited under PATH International. Located in Thomasville, Georgia, we offer activities in both therapeutic riding and hippotherapy six days per week, eleven months each year.
Our mission is to celebrate the unique gifts and challenges of each individual, encouraging growth through the horse and human relationships.
Where Your Generosity Delivers RESULTS!
A fundamental goal at Hands & Hearts is to offer our programs to all who might benefit based on therapeutic need rather than ability to pay.
Your gifts make it possible for our certified instructors and volunteers to provide therapeutic riding services to our students and to care for our wonderful therapy horses enabling:
- scholarships for children whose families face financial as well as health challenges.
- investment in equipment to enhance safety and the therapeutic services.
- feeding and veterinary care for our therapy horses.
- care for our horses hooves – yes, our gentle giants can get sore feet, too.
- facility improvements to help keep children and horses healthy.

For the child who did not speak,
But found a voice....
Beside the child who could not walk,
But found his feet....
Beneath the child who did not smile,
But found joy ... a horse set a spirit free!
