Participants
Want to take part in lessons at Hands and Hearts? We serve individuals with disabilities age four and older in southwest Georgia and north Florida. Lessons run Monday through Saturday between 9:00 and 5:30 in both private and group settings. Please contact Hands and Hearts staff for more information on enrollment.
Volunteers
As a non profit, volunteers are the backbone of the Hands and Hearts program, whithout which, most of our participants would not get the chance to ride. Not into working with horses? Not a problem, there are many and varying opportunities both on and off the farm for our volunteers to get involved in. So what are you waiting for, come on and join in in making a difference in someone's life!
Horse Donation
Along with our volunteers, our horses are an integral part of how we make an impact in the lives of others. All of our horses come to us on donation and are screened for their temperament, suitability, and ability to handle the requirements of the program during a three month trial period to deturmine whether this is the right place for them. Think your equine friend might be suitable for the program? Then fill out the attached form and send it to us today!
