Programs & Services

At Hands and Hearts, we offer a variety of programs and services all focused around the partnership between horse and human. With these programs, we hope to foster a community environment, promote learning, inclusion, respect and independence. On (therapeutic horseback riding) and off (therapeutic horsemanship) the horse, equine assisted activities and therapies promote improved self- confidence, self-awareness, concentration, impulse control, core strength, balance, coordination and executive functioning.

Whether in our mounted therapeutic horse backing riding or unmounted therapeutic horsemanship program, instructors work with healthcare professionals, educators and families to develop individualized lessons based on the goals and needs of the client. Working towards these goals, clients improve their function in all activities of their daily lives.

We are a Premiere Accredited Center under the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, International (PATH, Intl.) since 2000 and all of our programs follow the facility, administrative, equine and programming standards laid out by PATH Intl.
